I finished my coconuts painting. I started in in acrylics but finished it in oil. I get brighter colors when I paint in oil. Acrylics dry darker so the color you think you are painting with will look so much darker when dry. I sold my painting "Red Coconut". I went looking for another photo to take. Here in Fort Myers we have lots of coconut palms. I could not find any coconuts. Maybe there is a season when they grow. So this was painted from two old photos that I combined on photoshop.
