Wicket Wings

I sketched this Tuesday afternoon, the first day we could paint for Paint the Beach.  It was a windy day and I all ready had finished a painting in the morning.  Wednesday morning, I went back and completed the painting.  I used masking fluid to save the whites.

Shrimp Boat View

I painted this from Lyle's yard.  He has a beautiful home right on the water.  He looks out every day at this scene.  About three years ago I was painting with the group and he came up to me to invite us to paint where he lives.  I took his name and phone number and put it in "Pauline's Addresses" in my computer.  I found it just in time for Paint the Beach 2013.
