Three Roses

I originally painted these three roses in watercolor.  It is still hanging in Rose's office at H & R Block Premium.  I painted this as a gift for my sister-in-law, Carol.  My first painting of a bouquet of roses was destroyed in a fire at Carol's home.  It is a challenge to copy a watercolor to acrylics.

Blue Heron Perch

I found three of my photos of herons for this painting.  The hard part was to make them the same size.

Flying Blues

I have been painting on this for months.  I think it is finished.  I changed the color of the sky several times.  That is the good part of painting with acrylics.

Another Cottage

This is a redo of a San-Cap plein air painting.  I used white Casein to cover foliage that was overworked.  And I added the path.

Forest Hideaway

I started this painting years ago.  So when I needed an idea for a cottage painting, I found this in my unfinished pile.  I painted in the cottage at the end of the path and finished painted the right side.  Like magic.  Another masterpiece.
