This summer I have started paintings and never finished them. Since the shows are to begin, I pulled out a pile of paintings to complete and mat and frame. This is one of them. Batik is a lot of work, but I am always so happy with the results.

I don't think it published my comment... so I will try again. Very nice painting. Batik is a lot of work, but it is worth it in the long run. Not many artists will take the extra time and effort so it makes it extra special.
