Boats Docked

The is the second of three large paintings that were required for homework.  Wednesday everyone brings in their finished work and then we start on the third painting.  It is so much fun to see the fantasies of the young college students.  They have great creative minds.

Saint Marks Venice

This is an acrylic painting on 30 X 40 inch stretched canvas.  I have never painted such a big painting.  It is one of three that is the homework for my college course with Carl Schwartz.  Venice is so beautiful.  I went there about eight years ago with a group of artist.  I painted Saint Marks while I was there in watercolor, but I sold it.  So this one is for me.
