Lourie

This is Laurie.  She does talks on American History and wears period costumes that she sews herself.  She was our model at the Portrait Class at Fort Myers Beach Art Association.  This painting was completed in two hours.

Beach Sun Worshipers.

This was painted yesterday when I painted with the Fort Myers Beach Art Association Plein Air group.  Three of us sat under the pier at Times Square.  There were hundreds of people enjoying the sun.  I was a beautiful day.  I painted in acrylic and it was drying fast on my palette so the painting has a dry brush look.
